having issues with the chess.com app and custom positions

so a new update came out on the app changing the menu annoying yes but fine but now when i go to play a bot and pick a position start (standard or 960) it puts me into a custom position from before the update any help would be greatly appreciate im using the mobile app and it is updated to most recent version the support bot didnt understand and i dont know how to talk to people so please help
