How do medical tourists from Nigeria actually pay to hospitals in India?

I'm just a fellow engineer here, exploring problems related to cross border medical payments

Want to understand which is the most use payment methods for sending money to India for medical treatment

Just 3 simple questions, For anyone who has been through it (or has a family member who has), I'd love to understand:

• Did you use a bank transfer, card, cash, or another method?
• How long did the payment take to reach the hospital?
• Did you face any issues with foreign exchange, transfer limits, or bank delays ?

I'm not selling anything, I'm just trying to understand where the biggest pain points are and whether the current system works well.
