Advice on deposit

I'm currently in Dubai and investing in VWRA. I have a current account in ENBD in AED. Every time, I deposited money into Trading212 through VISA and noticed that I had been charged ~3.9 AED per dollar, while the FX rate goes around 3.67 AED per 1$.

I'm losing money due to this and I've been looking at other options that might be cheaper, such as Wio and Wise. It seems that Wise doesn't let me add balance and Wio didn't let me open the account. I looked at the bank transfer option in Trading212 as well but there are fees that can be charged for wiring the money from here to there. Feel like i'm running out of options. Is there anyone facing similar situation and if yes, how are you doing this?
