Hey everyone,
It looks like I might be eligible for Hungarian citizenship through simplified naturalization. My great-grandfather was born in the 19th century in Zakarpattia (Transcarpathia), back when it was part of the Kingdom of Hungary in the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

The thing is... I practically know nothing about Hungary, except for playing the Árpád dynasty in Crusader Kings 2 and Savanyúság, lol.

Also, according to my dad, there's historically been some tension between Hutsuls and Magyars in that region. Culture-wise, I'm completely outside of all this — I was born and live in Russia.
Could you share what potential pitfalls I should be aware of? Honest insights are welcome, hopefully without too much hate. Thanks!
