Sahm trying to get back into workforce.

I've been a sahm for 7 years. Before that, I really only worked retail or food industry jobs. I became a sahm at 19. It worked well for our family but now with most of the kids in school and the shape of our economy, I really need to find a job. I acquired an Associates degree in business technology while staying at home, but I can't seem to find a job in that field in my very small town. Everyone wants a bachelor's, to pay $12/hr, and years of experience. I have no help with my children so I still have to be the one to put them on the bus and get them off the bus. I know other parents do it every single day I just don't understand how.
