Thyroid cancer and ozempic

Hi to all. I would love opinions from those that have had cancer and gone on to use ozempic.

My story is I had weight loss surgery then fell pregnant at 7 months. By the time I gave birth my weight Stopped moving and I felt out of control. Took ozempic and then saxenda and got so small I had to stop. Around 3 months later got pregnant and had a blood test at 7 weeks because I was bleeding. Thats when they saw that I had high antibodies in thyroid and was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. That was almost 2 years ago and now my oncologist and my Dr are saying its safe to go back on. I went for a third opinion and he disagreed. I’m so lost. Any opinions for someone with severe eating disorder that has tried to lose weight for 1.5 years and in that time has put on over 40kg.
