Online Backlash

How would you feel if, after giving an honest 1-Star review to an establishment for giving you a bad service, and instead of apologizing for poor quality service and promising to improve their services, they would instead accuse you of giving false google reviews and subsequently calling you to take down your google review?

I scrolled on all the google reviews of this establishment and most of the low reviews are receiving a backlash. It’s really disheartening for already receiving horrible services and receiving backlashes instead of apologies.
