Hi everyone. Has anyone had experience ordering from Tictacarea and waiting a long time for their order to be shipped?

I placed an order 9 days ago using standard shipping. The product description said it would be shipped within 2–3 days, but it still hasn’t been dispatched. Customer support told me they can’t give me an estimated shipping date and that I can cancel my order if I want.

I’m not sure if I should keep waiting. Has anyone else had to wait this long and eventually received their order?
