Visa issued by Slovakia, but I'm landing and disembarking in Austria

Hi all. I know this kind of question has been asked before, but I really want to make sure I understood it right.

I am a South African citizen planning to take a trip to Slovakia to meet my boyfriend. However, we couldn't find any flights to Slovakia; so we bought a flight that lands in Vienna. Our plan is for me to meet my boyfriend at the Vienna airport, and he'll drive me over the border to Bratislava. I'll also be leaving from Vienna too.

I applied for a visa for Slovakia, since that's where I'll be spending my entire time during the trip, besides however long it takes to drive from Vienna to Bratislava. Do you think the fact that my flight lands and disembarks in Vienna will cause an issue? Will they be reluctant to let me leave the airport since my visa is for Slovakia?
