Planning to leave - do I give a heads up to my manager?

For context- my company announced a restructure a week ago - effective in a week. I lose my direct manager and their manager also. Have not hired or filled these positions so this week they are looking at the gaps in my team.

I’m looking to leave in the next month but have not locked anything down yet. Do I tell my manager or soft launch me leaving? I don’t want them to include me in the future plans as I won’t be there. I really like my team and don’t want to leave them high and dry.
