My body odor smells bad now?

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone experienced this or has thoughts on how to treat it. Before hrt I never wore deodorant because I simply didn’t have BO (Asian genes). Now my wife is complaining my smell is off putting and it’s not really from my armpits, more just from my pores. This was one of her concerns about hrt because she said she could smell trans people, like it’s a chemical sour smell to her. However all the people she was referencing were trans men. I knew my body odor was going to change but I thought it was going to be sweeter. My wife says I have this sour pungent odor now. So far it’s only her that can smell it, my kids say they can’t smell anything.
