Touched cat bowl

I fed an outside cat then shortly after she was done I picked up the plate and threw it away. I’m afraid that what if there was a scar or open wound on my fingers or close that could’ve touched the saliva without me noticing (didn’t notice any scars yesterday or today but maybe it healed)
