Opinion in Kerala Pain Clinic

My mom (64 years old) has been suffering from severe knee pain. We have already consulted a well-known orthopedic doctor, undergone the recommended tests, and were advised that total knee replacement is the only viable treatment option.
However, after hearing mixed experiences from friends and relatives, she’s very hesitant to undergo the surgery. Some people have told us they experienced complications after knee replacement, while others say they are now able to walk comfortably and have regained a good quality of life. Hearing these different experiences has made her anxious about the procedure.

Recently, she came across a YouTube Shorts video about Kerala Pain Clinic near Vyttila. I also checked their Google reviews, and they have a rating of 4.9/5 based on around 166 reviews.

Has anyone here, or someone you know, visited Kerala Pain Clinic? If so, how was your experience? Were their treatments effective, especially for severe knee pain?

Also, are there any alternatives to knee replacement that are genuinely effective in cases where surgery has already been recommended?
