Sos-- why did Meta permanently disable my new Facebook account? Cannot find customer service for help

Hi can I get some answers maybe as to why and help in getting this resolved?

I made a new Facebook this morning to join local groups looking for job openings. Now on this email I did have a fb previously that I deleted because I wasn't using it. But its been long gone and I'm not making this new one for any nefarious reason...

Anyway as I was setting it up it immediately went to a new page saying something about account integrity and it was submitting an appeal?? And an hour later I got the notice saying appeal was not approved i cannot submit another and the account would be permanently disabled. It asked me for. A selfie which was weird for me...

again this was a personal, not a business page it was just a random account to look for job postings in my area. My name was the same but I put a random birthday because I always have, it shouldn't matter.​..
