Bag on rack

Hi , about to buy a smallish bag for my rack for my daily commute. Anyone ever had issues with stuff being stolen out of them whilst sitting at lights etc ? I am probably paranoid but unzipping the top of them seems like a relatively easy thing to do if you want to grab some of the contents.
