Can I pay my remaining taxes in installments using paylater. Need some urgent advice badly

Long story short, I switched companies multiple times due to financial conditions and have to pay 1.2 lakhs as taxes.

My question is : can I select 'pay later' and pay in 3 installments.

I want to know how much of an interest it would accumulate. I am guessing less than 5k as it's 1% per month.

But would it cause any other issues for me in future.

Really struggling financially right now hence would be really difficult to pay in full.

Appreciate any advice/help
