Hello everyone,

I’m new to the hobby and I recently (5days ago) added 8 strawberry Rasboras to my 3 month old tank.

I have done some research into the spices, but in comparison to information about shrimp, the amount of detailed information I can find is lacking.

My rasboras have been exploring their some sometimes, but they seem to prefer the front and I have noticed them swimming up to the front of the glass a lot.

I wondered if this meant they were stressed or perhaps they’re hungry/and or this is the time they would be fed in the store??

Overall, I think they have been behaving well. Showing signs of shoaling whilst also having one or two individuals (sometimes in pairs) explore elsewhere but then come back to the main shoal.

Also, I was wondering if anyone has some good resources on YT or elsewhere (I prefer video content but happy to read a book if necessary) for detailed and informative videos.

I have been target feeding them copepods (live food) mixed with one singular crushed palette of bug bites to slowly introduce/switch their main diet.

Thanks for any help/ input. I couldn’t seem to show a video so I’ll see what I can do about that..

Tank parameters below. I have been testing the main three every day to ensure nitrate cycle stability

Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate 0-5
Ph 7.5-8.0
KH 6-7
GH 9-10
