Reply button help

Hello!

New issue for me. I’ve been a user for 8 years. If i am on mobile, i cannot reply individually to comments. I can make a comment on a post, but can’t reply to other users. I have tried the curved area, the ellipses (…) and I am not quite sure what to do,

Anyone have any experience? I can’t reply directly to a user.
