This might sound desperate but I am desperate. Ugly in search of love

Throughout my life(25M) I have been single I always wanted to feel loved and love someone with all my heart to eventually get married and start a family.

Unfortunately I am too afraid to approach people due to my looks and fear of being rejected. I would appreciate some guidance on how to go with this where can I find true love in this world
