Due date confusion - July vs August

As due dates for ITR 3 and ITR 4 changed from July to August.

I couldn't find any source for the due date regarding ITR 5.

Most firms say August 31st, whereas in ITR 5 utility both the July and August option is there.

When's the actual due date for Firm/LLP?

Is there any specific notification regarding this?
