Watching Prime Video JP with VPN?

Is anyone able to watch Prime Video JP from overseas? If so, can I ask you a few questions? Thank you in advance.

-Which VPN would you recommend? I've tried a couple of free VPN and even the app on Play Store is blocked.

-Do you need to create another separate account for Prime Video Japan?
