Am facing huge problems with my childhood best friend

Around a weeks ago me & her got into this big fight at our friend's house. It was a house party type ish & I drank a little more than usual & instead of being nice she started fighting with me😭 I know I shouldn’t have drank that much but honestly me & her don’t have this as a main problem, many times it has been a vice versa where I took care of her.

Now am not sure whether to get in touch with her or not, she didn’t text me or anything since then & mind you we have been friends for about 17 years now.

I will genuinely appreciate any advice on whether to approach her and how to, I have never had something like this before so am clueless & would love some help on this.
