I hit a paywall with Wisper Flow, so I spent the weekend building my own
It's called Ninja Typer, a free macOS dictation app that works in any text field. Hold Fn, speak, release, and it transcribes + cleans up your text with Al. You use your own free Groq API key, so there's no subscription for now:

I wouldn’t say I got the app correctly from the first few days, but eventually it reached a point where I was very satisfied with it. So this made me wonder, if a company as big as wisper flow has gotten is based on a feature that could be replicated this easily, will it last? Especially at their price point. What do you guys think?
