Does glue residue on a brand-new BUSY Bar qualify for a replacement or refund?

BUSY has officially acknowledged that some units leave adhesive residue on the screen after removing the protective film.
At the same time, the official instructions say:
use alcohol once to remove the adhesive,
but never use alcohol again, because it can damage the screen,
and the device does not include any cleaning kit or alcohol wipes.
This raises a genuine question.
If a brand-new device arrives with adhesive all over the screen, is that considered a manufacturing defect that qualifies for a replacement or refund?
Customers paid for a finished product, not one that requires a special cleaning procedure immediately after unboxing.
There was also no warning during checkout that some units might require isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth before first use.
I’d like to hear the official position:
If my screen has adhesive residue after removing the factory film, should I clean it myself and accept the risk, or should I request a replacement because the product arrived with a manufacturing defect?
I think this deserves a clear answer, because it affects every customer who receives one of the affected units.
