9 days clean , just hoping it gets easier

No porn and no gooning for 9 days ! Its been a liberating ride but a tough one . There are a lot of urges to deal with , and a lot of triggers out there . I do my best to keep busy and stay distracted but it’s not always easy . I just need to keep reminding myself why I’m doing this . If anyone has any tips or trips for staying clean and free of this I’d love to hear them
