How to leave masterburation permantly

hello guys am 16yo and I want to leave Masterburation ,I can't control myself after every one day i did ,its not like i don't want to leave it , I tries my best but still fail sometimes I do daily and some time I do 2x a week , I go to gym also and I want it to end it here I am trying to fight with it for previous 3 years

please help me as an older brother.
