In what size should I get the supernova rise 3?

I have the Barreda Decode Shoes (casual sneakers, not running shoes) in 44 2/3. I've been wearing Nike's pegasus 40 in 44.5 for 2 years. They've been comfortable overall but I've started working a standing/walking job and they are killing me. They are kind of old though so maybe that's expected.
