URGENT ADVICE !

hi guys! For reference I am a 19F have had diabeties t1 for 3 years, have had lots of hospital admissions due to kidney infections and being unlucky ect.
This is where I need help!!

I’m using the mink med insulin pump and change my site yesterday, but a couple hours ago it started really really hurting and it never has had before,
So I took it off and it’s swollen, like a golf ball size, there was no insulin that came out or no pus ect just so swollen and hard.
I have a really high pain threshold but this is so painful.
In past couple of hours I have all of sudden have unbearable body aches like the fever type, feel so weak and hot. It has all happened in the span of couple hours

Just wondering do I go to the hospital??
