AC Not Pushing Cold Air - Any Recommendations?

I see a few post on AC companies to avoid but can I please get some recommendations on companies to call or what to check. The unit is not tripping the breaker. I reset everything a few times and it is still blowing hot air. This is my downstairs unit.

Budget is a little tight so any advice on saving some money will be appreciated.

FYI. I'm not very handy at repairing things.
