how to study chem ? what strategy should i follow ? 😭 class 12th

from starting chem scares me, my base is too weak, by mistake i passed in 11th in chem through cheating, whenever i try study chem i start shaking and gave up. how should i out shine in this subject i am ready to give time, ready to study hard, just help me.
