9060xt causing PC to crash/reboot

So this 9060 is new and after installing and installing drivers for it as well after a bit of the pc being on the screen will go solid green and then the pc will shutdown and reboot back to the login screen. Tried reinstalling drivers also tried putting it into another pc and it does the same thing.

Sent the GPU off to gigabyte for an RMA and finally got it back and installed it and it’s doing the same exact thing. The pc crashes/reboots. Anyone know of this issue or where could possibly start to fix this?
