I'm stumped! No BIOS splash screen

OPEN

Sorry for the amount of info, but I have already done so much troubleshooting I'd like to avoid repeat steps. Hopefully there is someone that sees this and can help me figure it out. There are some other reddit threads with similar issues that were either solved with one of the steps I tried, or never had an update from OP. I'm at a loss.

Pertinent System Specs:

Monitor: ViewSonic VX2758-2KP-MHD 1440p 144hz (Model VS17882)

MB: AsusROGStrix B550F Gaming WiFi2 (Bios version 3636)

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x3d

RAM: 32GB G.Skill RipJawsV DDR4 3200mhz

GPU:PNYGeForce RTX 5070 OC 12GB

I recently swapped my ASUS TUF B450m to the ROG B550F for the faster PCI lanes. I also installed Windows 11 pro with a fresh install on a new M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD. Don't even get me started on how badly I wished I stayed on Windows 10!

Everything is installed and works perfectly. No device errors in Windows Device Manager, no issues loading drivers in the boot log file, no driver crashes in event viewer, etc. However, when I boot up the PC, I never get the BIOS splash screen when connected to my Viewsonic VX2758 monitor. I can't figure out what is going on. The PC will boot. The monitor light turns blue like it has a signal, then the light goes to orange and displays no signal, then I hear the windows chime and the display comes back with the Windows login screen.

I have connected two other monitors (my 21" ViewSonic and an old 19" Samsung) and both of them display the BIOS splash screen where I am able to get into BIOS.

Trouble shooting steps so far:

Reset Bios to defaults using the CLRTC pins on the motherboard. No change.

Replaced and tried both HDMI and DP cables. Still no BIOS splash screen.

Reset Bios to defaults (again) using the CLRTC pins on the motherboard. No change.

Reinstalled Windows 11 and updated drivers again. No change

DDU to do a full uninstall and reinstall my WindowsGPUdrivers. At first I tried with the windows default drivers. No change. Installed the NVIDIA drivers. No change.

UpdatedGPUfirmware. No change.

Reset Bios to defaults (again) using the CLRTC pins on the motherboard. No change.

RemovedCMOSbattery to do a full BIOS drain and reset. No change.

Hooked my second PC with the ASUS TUF B450m back up to the Viewsonic VX2758 and that BIOS screen does still display on this monitor. Note - This test used my old Asus 2070 Dual that is now in my second PC, the ASUS TUF MB that passed this test with the 2070 was originally in my primary PC with the 5070 and would always connect to the ViewSonic VX2758 without any issues. This step probably wasn't needed but I wanted to confirm I could get some type of BIOS splash screen on this monitor still, even if it isn't the current PC I am trouble shooting. It is also a splash screen using another ASUS MB so I would think they know what they are doing with the UEFI drivers on this monitor?

Tried to enable compatibility mode (CSM) in BIOS. Windows 11 with BitLocker didn't like that. I really wish I stayed on Windows 10.

Flashed Bios version to 3636 (Newest non beta BIOS) from 3611. Still no splash screen on boot.

Any other ideas? I have built a lot of PCs and have never run into an issue as frustrating as this, that didn't turn out to be a hardware issue. With the ability for all of these components to work separately on other machines and test I just can't see it being hardware related.

Please Help!
