Mountain bike conversion

I’m wanting to convert my trek fuel EX8 gen7 to an EMTB
I’m trying to figure out what mid drive motor I should go for?
I want to have something that has a torque sensor built-in to the motor instead of cadence sensor to make it feel like a normal electric mountain bike.
Based in the UK so restricted by power outputs
Any help would be really appreciated
