Anyone else feel uncomfortable going into restaurants alone?

She's been gone since 4/25/2018 and I can count on the fingers of one hand how many times I've been to a sit-down restaurant since then. I know that they aren't but I feel like people are staring at me and wondering why I'm there by myself. Is this just me or do some of the rest of you experience this?
