Transformers G1 Citizenship

Ok bear with me.

So in Transformers G1 the autobots and decepticons crash land on what would later be the Oregon US millions of years before the US existed. The US is created and stuff and then transformers wake up. Would the autobots and decepticons be US citizens? Cause like the original citizens of the US(like founding fathers etc.) weren’t born in the USA, but in there states or even immigrated. Or what about the Dinobots? Sure they were created on US soil, BUT the 14th amendment specifies you need to be BORN on US soil to be a citizen.
