Does anyone else talk to themselves when they’re home alone?

Not like having full conversations with yourself, but just little comments out loud here and there. For example:“Wow, I’m so silly, I forgot why I came into this room.”
Or making little jokes about yourself when you do something dumb, or saying your to-do list out loud like:“Okay, I need to do laundry, clean my room, and remember to send that message.”
I’m curious if this is something a lot of people do or if I’m just weird lol.
