Turning pendrive into a "disk"

Hi, Im trying to install windows 10 on my "weird PC" that doesn't have disk. I have a 128gb pendrive I would like to install it on, but windows 10 doesn't let me do it. I have a że on 1650V2 and GTX 620se, it's my first computer I've ever built and its from what I found.
