Canon refurbished bodies and R6ii or R6iii

How's the quality of Canon's refurbished bodies. I know with Apple's refurbished the items are practically new and wonder if Canon is the same. I'm thinking of getting into the mirrorless game with a 6 ii or maybe just buy a new 6 iii. I will be using EF L glass for a while. Is there that much difference in the video quality? Thanks.
