Sudden crashes and freezing.

So I’ve been running an over clock on my 5080 since I received my new pc. Watched videos and read up on what is considered safe/stable and what’s pushing limits. Went pretty safe route, and didn’t seem to have any issues for about a month. Well yesterday I finally upgraded to a 350hz oled, and installed the new nvidia driver…. And had issues all day with bo7 freezing my PC and having to hold the power button down to restart…. I tried playing destiny and the entire game just shut down, no crash menu…. So I stayed off of that. But what could be causing this? Is it just the new driver being unstable? Is it the new monitor causing issues? I reverted the overclock(in msi afterburner) before the destiny thing happened, because I was worried that was becoming an issue…. But with no overlclock that game just quit out on me at random….
