Death Aura + Vestigal Stasis Prison

With Stasis Prison up to doubling implicit modifiers, what would the effect be on a Vestigal Death's Oath mod transfer?

As it gives a fixed mod in Level 20 Death Aura, I assume it would do nothing, but wondering if anyone knows how this would interact or if there is something that can be played around here.
