Baby Tenno Needs Help/Friends

Hey all. I’ve just started on warframe coming from mainly single player games on Xbox. So all my friends don’t play warframe and now I need to join a clan and also build a friend list who can potentially Sherpa me through missions and getting components for various frames. Any suggestions? Assume I know nothing and you won’t be disappointed when I ask stupid questions lol
