Help me (question solving) (jee dropper)

I take offline classes but when i try to solve module i cant approach the question, specially in physics like i genuinely cant. Pls can somebody tell me what do i do. Like i do understand the classes, the theory part but the question idk. And i look up for the soln and i understand it but when a new ques comes i again cant do it. And i dont have the time to watch long lectures and it is pretty much a waste to watch one shots if im studying offline. Can somebody pls help. Ik eduniti is one i can see the question series and stuff but anything else pls

Most other subjects are fine but physics and physical chemistry are the ones bothering me the most.

From what i have searched up everybody says to look up the soln and stuff but that aint helping
