Recruitment/TA folks, question po :(
Context:
I am currenty working as an HR Recruitment for store/branches (food industry), going 3mos now. Ang process ng hiring for store employees ay HR ang pinaka “hiring manager”. We don’t do any background checking din since halos urgent lahat ng role, need agad ma-fill. Ito na yung process na nadatnan ko so tinuloy ko lang.
My question is, as the recruiter, do you guys feel guilty if an employee you hired did something wrong? Or may attitude problem pala? Na okay naman siya during the application process pero pagkadeploy, sakit sa ulo pala? That since ikaw yung dahilan bakit napasok siya sa company, in a way nafifeel mo kasalanan mo din kung ano mang perwisyo ginawa niya.
Like my current setup, i hired someone and wala pa siyang one month pero nagkagulo gulo na sa branch kung saan siya naassign dahil sa kanya. Sa context behind it i can’t provide pero may pinaglalaban siya at may pinaglalaban din yung mga nasa store. Lumalaki yung problema coz there’s DOLE, NLRC, and Socmed threats involved (which rarely happens sa company na to) Its been the HR Team’s problem since monday.
Naguiguilty ako and at the same time i feel like ikaka-endo ko tong issue na to. Hindi pa nila ako directly kinausap abt it but I feel anxious since probi pa nga lang ako and this might affect my evaluation. Iniisip ko pa lang na baka matanggal ako, nanlalamig na yung kamay ko.
I can’t afford to lose this job. Iniisip ko pa lang yung stress ko nung job hunting phase ko, naiiyak na ko.
