Lapsed INC grades

Has anyone here tried appealing their lapsed INC grades?

Context: The INC was due to financial issues. My enrollment was put on hold kasi late yung tuition payment. When I paid the remaining balance, I thought okay na yun. I didn't know about the 1 year period to clear it 😭

Now I'm already a graduating student and I'm scared I'll get delayed because of this. I already passed the subject naman, it was just not processed.

Has anyone experienced this? May chance pa ba for appeal especially if graduating ka na?
