Is it possible to keep your ebike parked on the street in East Williamsburg?

I am about to move to an apartment that does not have a bike room. I have a RadRunner Plus (large ebike) and my unit is a walkup, so storing in the apartment won't be possible. Does anyone have experience keeping your ebike parked on the street? Will it definitely get stolen?
