Pakistani here. Need help about moving to Nepal

I am 22 from Pakistan. I want to move to Nepal for work and settle there. I don't know anything about visa process or how to find job. I don't have passport yet but I can make one. I heard Pakistanis get free 30-day tourist visa once a year. But I need work visa. I heard work permit takes 2-4 weeks and needs employer to sponsor. I don't know anyone in Nepal. No contacts. I have small education and skills like in electrical. Can I still find work there? Any job. Even small.
