Getting suspended

This is the 2nd time it's happened that X/Twitter straight up suspended me out of nowhere. I imagine it's due to me entering giveaways and the system seeing me as a bot, but I've still made a post and reply to other posts every now and then.

At the same time their appea system isn't managed by anyone human, so whenever I provide information regarding the suspension, I instantly get an email back saying it's been declined even though there was no clear investigation.
