Help- 2nd yr fee due date

I’m waiting for the DU counselling schedule (kind of a partial-drop situation), and I m not sure whether I’ll continue at ADGIPS.I m a 2025 B.Tech student there.

We’ve been asked to deposit the fee by 3 August, but it’ll probably be another month before I find out the result of the DU supernumerary counselling. 🥲

So I have two questions:

1. If I pay the fee now and later decide to leave ADG(assuming I get DU), will I get any refund?
2. Is there any provision for paying the fee after the deadline with a late fee/fine or something similar?
