Use your UTILITY or LOSE the game!

I understand that Battlefield has a lot of elderly gamers, but I wanna remind people to use their utility or else they are going to continue to lose their games. I don’t have enough fingers and toes to count the number of times we are losing a game only to respawn and see all the Tanks, LTVs, etc. just sitting in spawn! I get, you may say/think to yourself “I’m not that good with tanks” and that may be true, but you’ll never get any better if you don’t use them and ‘try’ to get better. Worse case scenario you kill a few enemies off a point to help them capture the flag. If anything jump into the LTV and drive it where it’s needed your teammates will do all the shooting for you!

Same goes for switching roles. I have so many games where ONE tank will be sitting in the central flag point and killing EVERYONE. Meanwhile nobody is switching to engineer to deal with the tank besides myself and maybe one other person. I see this a lot on maps like Blackwell Fields, Siege of Cairo, and Contaminated. Just simply switch to engineer, deal with the tank/armor, and then you can go right back to trying to snipe the guy far away. I promise you he’ll still be in the same spot you were shooting at him before..

Same thing goes for your gadgets! I’m guilty of this as well. Don’t forget to use them! You know when you were shooting at someone and got caught out in the open? Use your deployable cover instead of standing out in the open and dying without cover. I know.. mindblowing right? Got a guy melting you and your teammates from the window of a building? Use your Launcher to blow the side of the building apart and THEN return the favor to him and his teammates.

I know this may seem like a rant, and maybe it is, but it’s not meant to be. The amount of people I’ve talked to in game that get tunnel vision on just playing Infantry and crying about losing the game only to forget we have tanks, gadgets, and even world spawns that can help give us an advantage is surprising. I get a lot of people have been stuck on Call of Duty the past few years, but this is BATTLEFIELD. The beauty of Battlefield is that you can blow $#&! up!
