Morning fellas hope yall having a good day

I get I’m only 19 and considered a baby in the field but damn I have certifications I have some experience I just got out of tech school it’s like I can’t get my foot in the door with any mechanical company / commercial and industrial. Like give me a fucking break I’ve been applying to literally every job in my area and some multiple times. Companies see I’m young and it’s like they don’t like it. People always say start early in this field but not nobody will give you a damn chance. Commercial and mechanical companies don’t take us young guys serious man.
